The demand for these features is clear, especially amongst users who must adhere to specific privacy requirements such as HIPAA compliance, pointing to a need for secure, private communications between parties like doctors and patients.

  • Add Friend:
    Introduce functionality for users to add other users as friends within the platform, enhancing the networking capabilities of HighLevel.
  • Group Chat:
    Allow users to create and manage group chats, facilitating communication among multiple participants within the HighLevel environment.
  • Private Chat:
    Enable the creation of private chat channels within the HighLevel client portal, ensuring conversations are confidential and accessible only to invited participants.
  • Invite to Chat:
    Provide an option for users to invite others to a chat, both from within and outside their current network, increasing engagement opportunities within the platform.
